Smith & Western Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Server at Smith & Western. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Smith & Western is a family-run restaurant that prides itself on serving great food and providing great service in a fun and friendly environment. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food and service, have a good eye for detail, and can work well under pressure.

As a Server, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing attentive and personalized service to guests
  2. Managing tables efficiently and ensuring timely service
  3. Upselling and suggesting menu items to increase sales
  4. Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve excellent service standards
  5. Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
