Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement algorithms for analyzing high-content microscopy data.
- Analyze and interpret results from experiments to understand the differentiation propensity of different human stem cell lines.
- Collaborate with other researchers to design and optimize experimental protocols.
Requirements:
- PhD in Computational Image Processing, Computer Vision or related subject.
- Proven expertise in computer vision, machine learning, and programming languages such as Python or MATLAB.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation:
Salary: £38,000-£42,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
