Job Title: SAP Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for SAP solutions? Do you have a strong background in supply chain management and a desire to lead complex projects? We're looking for a talented SAP Manager to join our team at KPMG-UnitedKingdom.

About the Role

As an SAP Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of supply chain workstreams on large SAP S/4HANA projects. You will drive pre-sales cycles to win future SAP supply chain engagements and work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of supply chain workstreams on large SAP S/4HANA projects
  • Drive pre-sales cycles to win future SAP supply chain engagements
  • Develop and implement complex solutions for clients using SAP supply chain workstream expertise
  • Supervise and coach junior members of staff to help them realize their full potential
  • Project manage SAP delivery, including timelines, team briefings, and reviews by senior team members
  • Lead and support business development and sales initiatives, including bid and proposal support
Requirements
  • SAP supply chain functional expertise in at least one of the following solution areas: SAP Integrated Business Planning, SAP PP/DS, SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud, SAP ME/PEO, SAP Extended Warehouse Management, SAP Enterprise Asset Management/PM/MRO, SAP Order Management & Fulfillment/AATP/Logistics Execution, SAP Product Lifecycle Management, SAP Transport Management
  • Strong functional understanding of SAP S/4 HANA supply chain process area and how they integrate with other business functions
  • Ability to advise on technical integrations of SAP applications with other client and 3rd party tools/applications in the supply chain process area
  • SAP system design, build, and deployment experience - 4 full lifecycle implementations preferred
  • Experience of SAP in manufacturing industries, consumer packaging goods, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, or retail
  • Experience of facilitating design workshops and translating requirements into design
  • Experience of managing small teams, coaching, and mentoring junior staff
  • Undergraduate/postgraduate degree
  • SAP certification preferred in the appropriate domain
