As a key member of our team at Linsco Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our pitched roofing projects. Your expertise as an estimator and quantity surveyor will be instrumental in measuring works from drawings and/or measured surveys, ensuring that all works are quoted accurately and in line with approved working drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
• Measure works from drawings and/or measured surveys to ensure accurate quotations
• Ensure all works are quoted as per approved working drawings and specification
• Coordinate material orders and ensure timely deliveries meet agreed programme requirements
• Liaise with company-employed subcontractors pre-construction and obtain quotations for the works
• Maintain a strong working relationship with our operatives and stakeholders
