Key Responsibilities

  4. Quality Control:
    1. Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure the integrity of engineering designs, reviewing project deliverables to ensure they meet the highest standards.
    2. Contribute to the development of innovative engineering solutions and sustainable practices, enhancing the company's reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
  1. A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience in the industry.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  3. Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a recognized institution (e.g., ICE) is highly desirable.
  4. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and advanced structural analysis tools.
Skills
  1. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and materials.
  2. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  4. A strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and excellence in engineering practices.

The role is 95% office based in Berkshire, with flexible working hours as long as you complete your 40-hour week.
