About the Role:
At Agility Resoucing, we are seeking a skilled Ledger Management Specialist to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales ledger, including raising sales invoices, correcting bank receipt errors, and setting up new client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Raise sales invoices and send them to clients.
• Correct bank receipt errors.
• Set up new client accounts.
• Manage the purchase ledger, posting invoices and ensuring VAT treatment.
• Set up new job numbers, checking credit ratings and conflict checks.
• Post bank payments and non-sales receipts, reconciling weekly.
• Maintain the fixed asset register and post depreciation charges.
• Review staff expense claims and post them to accounts.
• Ensure company motor insurance is up to date for the 7-vehicle fleet.

Requirements:
• Detailed SAGE 50 accounts knowledge.
• Good Microsoft Excel and Microsoft packages skills.
• Flexible working environment.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
