Lead a New Therapeutic Home for Children and Young People

We are seeking a passionate and driven Childrens Home Registered Manager to lead the setup and management of a brand new therapeutic home for children and young people with EBD.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a highly experienced and passionate management team to open a home from scratch, with the view to open a further 2-3 homes in the next 3 years.

As a Childrens Home Registered Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of care and support to the young people aged between 7 and 18 through the provision of leadership, direction, and management of the residential children's service.

You will have the children and quality at the heart of your values, and the vision to inspire and support the young people to lead happy and successful lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the setup and management of a brand new therapeutic home for children and young people with EBD
  • Deliver the highest levels of care and support to the young people aged between 7 and 18
  • Provide leadership, direction, and management of the residential children's service
  • Have the children and quality at the heart of your values
  • Autonomy to run the home as you see fit
Requirements:
  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent
  • Experience working within a Deputy or Childrens Home Registered Manager's position
  • Experience in a residential children's home environment
  • Full UK driving licence
