CNC Programmer - Sliding Head / Watford / 40,000

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Setter and Programmer to take on the role of a Sliding Head Machinist.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Setting and programming Citizen Sliding Head Lathes (using Mitsubishi controls) and Star Sliding Head Lathes (using Fanuc controls) for the manufacture of prototype and small to medium batch components.
  2. Producing components to aerospace standards, ensuring high precision and quality.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience setting and operating CNC Lathes to produce small to medium batch high-precision components.
  2. Engineering apprenticeship is advantageous, but relevant experience is the most important factor.

Additional Benefits:

  3. 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday with potential for overtime.
