Nurse Unit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of nursing and care colleagues to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of nursing and care colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Oversee the management of medication, including ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal.
- Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you, with responsibility for the oversight, review, and update of their care profiles.
- Supervise and manage the team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Requirements:
- A first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
- Post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications.
