Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic trainees to pursue a career in Acute Medicine at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. The Trust Registrar will be part of a team of middle-grade doctors, working under the supervision of an Acute Medicine Consultant.
Main Duties
The Trust Doctor (Reg) will be responsible for the day-to-day care of patients under the Consultants in Acute Medicine. The programme of training will be flexible, depending on the individual doctor's needs and stage of training.
On-Call Commitment
The on-call rota will be a 1 in 14 commitment. The Registrar will work at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle, and may be required to work at other sites within the Trust.
