Supported Living empowers vulnerable adults, including people with learning disabilities or complex care needs, to access personalised support and live independently in their own homes within the community. Staff work with individuals to build life skills and are led by the individual's interests and priorities.
About the RoleAs a Community Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with individuals and provide physical and emotional care to support their wellbeing. You may also assist with medication administration, personal care, and encouraging independence. No experience or qualifications are required, as we provide fully paid training and development opportunities for the right candidate.
The role requires a driving licence, and an enhanced DBS check with an Adults Barred List check is necessary due to the nature of the work. The successful applicant will be committed to making a positive impact on people's lives.
