CNC Operator Job Overview:
At RBU Sales UK Ltd t/a iRecruit UK, we are seeking an experienced CNC/Machine operative to take on a key leadership role within our production department.

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for leading the programming of schedules, training and developing your team members, overseeing inventory control, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement scheduling strategies to optimize production workflows.
  • Mentor and train teammates to expand their skills and knowledge within the department.
  • Ensure seamless inventory control for Ironmongery Stores, including supply management and ordering.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to optimize CNC tooling supplies and drive cost-saving initiatives.
  • IDentify and implement process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency and overall performance.
  • Maintain CNC equipment in excellent condition to ensure uninterrupted production.

Competitive Salary: £12.00 - £15.00 per hour

About this Role:
This is a temporary to permanent contract opportunity working 8 hour day shifts.
