We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Insurance Broker in our Bury office. This role offers excellent opportunities for career development and growth.

We offer a salary of £27,500 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Trainee Insurance Broker, you will have the chance to develop your knowledge and skills of the insurance industry and work closely with our experienced team.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include learning about various insurance products, assisting in client portfolio management, processing policy applications, and liaising with underwriters.

About You

  • Experience in a professional setting, preferably in insurance or professional services, is required.
  • A degree in business or finance, or relevant experience, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite, are necessary.
