Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our pharmacy team as a Stock Management Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the management of stock medicinal products and feeds to wards and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the selection of medicinal products using a prepared picking list, visiting wards to check ward stock, processing information onto the computer, load handling, and stock control.
  • Ensure that all stock is properly rotated and monitored for expiry dates.

Requirements:

  • Achievement of Level 2 Standard in Maths (GCSE grade C or 4)
  • Achievement of Level 2 Standard in English (GCSE grade C or 4)
  • Willingness to undertake Pharmacy services training
  • NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy or Level 2 apprenticeship in Pharmacy Services

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail
