We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at Mathewson Limited, a leading underfloor heating contractor and designer. As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in winning new business by calculating the cost of materials, labour, and equipment necessary to deliver projects for our clients.

The successful candidate will have experience in estimating, surveying, or tendering, with strong numeracy skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to read and understand architectural drawings/plans. A degree-level qualification in a relevant subject area or experience working within a similar role is essential.

In this exciting opportunity, you will support the Sales Team with proposals, track project costs, and use client specifications to determine the final budget for a project. You will also build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, sourcing and negotiating quotes to secure the best value.
