Classroom Leader

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Classroom Leader to join our team at an outstanding primary school in East England.

About the School

This is a two-form entry school in Fenland, Cambridgeshire. It is easily accessible by public transport and seeking to appoint a qualified Primary teacher from April 2024. The school has a Good Ofsted rating. The school is happy to consider applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a class of KS2 students, promoting academic achievement and personal growth
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
• Assess and report student progress, identifying areas of strength and improvement
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to provide comprehensive support for KS2 students
• Participate in school events and activities that enhance the educational experience
• Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and promote the well-being of all students
• Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive and safe learning environment

Requirements:

• QTS, PGCE and strong academic background
• Proven ability to lead and manage a class effectively
• Dedication to delivering high-quality education
• Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
• Strong communication skills

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
