Skilled Tradesperson - Roofing
We are working with a leading UK Contractor to find a skilled Roofer with sufficient knowledge of other trades to join their team in West Lancashire. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Social Housing and be able to develop their skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs/maintenance in social housing properties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out roofing repairs and minor carpentry/guttering work on Voids and occupied properties. They will also be required to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
This is a full-time role with a 42 hour working week, offering a competitive salary of £32,000-£34,000 per annum, plus a van and fuel card. We are looking for someone who is available to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out roofing repairs and maintenance on Voids and occupied properties
- Perform minor carpentry and guttering work when required
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety
