About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics professional to join our team as a Supply Chain and Logistic Assessor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering vocational qualifications to learners, drawing on your wealth of experience within the Logistics sector.

You will be required to assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeship Standards in Supply Chain and Team Leading (Level 3), as well as delivering and supporting learners with Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2.

The ideal candidate will have solid occupational competency within Logistics at Team Leading level or above, with experience of delivering staff training highly desirable. You will be confident to deliver Functional Skills Maths, English, and ICT, and must be flexible with travel. A full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeship Standards in Supply Chain and Team Leading (Level 3).
  2. Deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2.
  3. Deliver via a mix of face-to-face, remote, and workshop delivery.
  4. Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  5. Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  6. Support, advise, and motivate learners.
  7. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners' needs.
  8. Work to learner review and completion timescales.
  9. Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork, and general administration.
