Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and guest service
  • Ensure the kitchen is run efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Monitor and control food costs, stock levels, and inventory
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen operations and increase productivity
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
