Job Title: Administrator - Financial Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Brevere Group. As a key member of our Financial Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Senior Wealth Manager and Paraplanner, ensuring a first-class service to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the administration and review process to ensure a high level of service is provided to internal and external parties.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for client queries and liaise with product providers.
  • Assist with new business processing and be highly IT literate.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Financial Planning process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Support role within a Financial Services environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work using your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Highly IT literate with experience of using various software systems.
  • Progress with professional qualifications is preferred.
