Job Title: 7.5t Delivery Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 7.5t Delivery Driver to join our team at Staffing Match - London Transport. As a 7.5t Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely completing deliveries in a 2-man crew, ensuring the proper representation of our company's name, and providing exquisite customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely complete deliveries in a 2-man crew
  • Observe UK Road Law and Regulations, as well as Working Time Regulations
  • Perform daily vehicle checks before going on the road
  • Offer exceptional customer service
  • Ensure merchandise is secure in the lorry
  • Wear overshoes in customers' homes and gloves during delivery
  • Deliver products to customers' rooms of choice
  • Work effectively in a team with the porter
  • Leave customer homes tidy, recycling packaging as needed
Requirements:
  • Hold a UK licence with a category of C1 or above
  • Hold a valid CPC and Digital tacho card
  • Previous experience driving 7.5t or above vehicles in the UK
  • Able to complete heavy lifting deliveries
  • Friendly attitude towards customers
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Desire to succeed
