Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Senior to join our team at TPF Recruitment. As an Accounts Senior, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in their search for a talented Accounts Senior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of a portfolio of clients to deliver a high-quality service.
  • Prepare and review sole trader accounts, personal tax returns, company accounts, and corporation tax returns.
  • Provide VAT advice and compliance services.
  • Maintain a high technical and professional standard through ongoing training and access to CPD programs.
  • Coach, train, and develop junior staff to improve and further their knowledge.
  • Develop skills in key areas such as Xero and other cloud-based systems.
  • Undertake wider practice activities as required.
  • Communicate with the team on any issues or findings.
  • Maintain a professional working relationship with both clients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • 23 years post-AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA qualified.
  • Experience in accounts preparation in an accountancy practice.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage own workload and prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solver with an investigative nature.
  • IT literate and able to use MS Excel and Word.
