We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Engineer to join our team at Career Forces Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores by conducting proactive visits, responding to emergency calls, and liaising with store managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting monthly proactive visits to stores for repairs and maintenance
  • Liaising with store managers to ensure timely action on required works
  • Responding to emergency calls within agreed SLAs
  • Updating job portals and ensuring thorough audits are conducted

Requirements:

  • Qualified Electricians with 18th Edition accreditation and CSCS accreditation
  • Minimum 2 years of electrical experience, with a desire to have some experience in trade-specific tasks including plumbing, carpentry, minor brickwork, and minor internal repairs
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and organisational abilities
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
