About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Executive to join our Marketing team at Dreams Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that inspires customers and enhances their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality video and image assets that drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Lead the production of content that enriches our online and in-store experience, including product detail pages, buying guides, and inspirational material.
  • Manage agency partners, setting objectives and KPIs, briefing, and overseeing work to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams and agencies to create assets that align with our business objectives and storytelling requirements.
  • Ensure brand, campaign, and tone of voice guidelines are executed across all collateral.
  • Manage the content production budget, including raising purchase orders and accurately tracking spend.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced retail or agency environment, delivering assets on brief, on time, and in budget.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative and able to think outside the box.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Structured and organized, with good project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
