**The Role**

We're seeking a talented Manufacturing Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development and performance of our manufacturing teams, ensuring that we meet our production and quality targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve excellence in quality, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or operations leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and procedures.
