Contract Cost Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Coordinator to join our team in Swindon. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end commercial process from administration to management of Rail frameworks and Infrastructure contracts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing comprehensive bids and tender submissions within required deadlines.
- Conducting take-offs and quantity surveys from drawings calculating material and labour costs.
- Producing subcontractor enquiry schedules, obtaining suggestions/feedback from the tender team, procurement department, and contractor schedules.
The ideal candidate will have experience in rail networks and infrastructure. This is a permanent role with excellent variation and scope for future progression as the team continues to expand. The successful candidate can expect a competitive base salary of £50,000, plus a generous pension, company car or car allowance, and bonus.
