Trainee Mortgage Adviser

With a strong focus on customer service and sales, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain CeMAP qualifications and become a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser within 24 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers referred by national house-builder clients.
  • Accurately record customer details and partially complete fact finds to facilitate mortgage applications.
  • Research lenders' affordability and criteria to ensure seamless mortgage application processes.
  • Collaborate with specialist Mortgage Advisers to arrange appointments and provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • A strong desire to work in the financial services industry, particularly in mortgages and protection.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills.
  • Organized and disciplined approach to work, with a high level of competence in IT and Microsoft Office.
  • A full driving license and use of a personal vehicle to commute to offices as required.
