The children are given a wide range of learning and play opportunities, and are encouraged to be independent learners. You will also be required to work with groups and individuals on learning, play and craft activities, and contribute to the day-to-day running of the classroom, e.g. making resources, carrying out assessments and managing behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing specific support and interventions for children across all curriculum areas

- Working with individuals on learning and development activities
- Preparing resources and areas within the setting
- Carrying out assessments and recording information
- Assisting in the daily routines for the children
- Working with children on a range of learning and play activities, indoors and outdoors
We are looking for a candidate who is confident, knowledgeable and passionate about supporting children with special needs. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will also have the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, and be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, we would love to hear from you.
