Lift Industry Sales Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our dynamic team as a Field Sales Engineer. This role combines sales acumen with technical expertise to drive customer engagement, support product sales, and provide top-level service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their elevator requirements, assess needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Offer in-depth technical guidance on our products, troubleshooting customer issues and advising on best practices.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct onsite product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and superiority of our solutions.
- Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell within accounts, and work to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting technical problems and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to influence product development and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, particularly in the lift/elevator industry or a similar technical sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex technical information in an accessible way.
- We are looking for a customer-service-focused, well-presented, self-motivated, team player with good time management skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
