Job Role: Visiting Development Manager

Location: Poole, Dorset

Salary: £21,858.20 per annum plus benefits

Job Sector: Retirement - Independent Living

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)


The role involves maintaining a high profile around the development/office, ensuring our residents are checked within our requirements. In the event of an emergency, you will call the appropriate response team or authorities.


You will be responsible for daily checks to ensure the building is safe and secure, keeping all communal areas, gardens, and grounds clean and maintained through effective management of contractors.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining records in line with internal procedures, ensuring all data is protected and kept secure at all times.
  • Assisting with sales listed with our partner company Retirement Homesearch.
  • Helping new residents feel welcome and settling in.
  • Working across your local peer team of Development Managers for advice and day-to-day support.
  • Traveling to team/company meetings on a monthly/annual basis.


Requirements:

  • Natural communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues and complaints effectively.
  • IT skills, able to operate Microsoft Office applications, and confident in learning new systems.
