We are seeking ambitious individuals with a background in Sales, Retail, or Customer Service to join our award-winning team as Recruitment Consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Foster lasting relationships with clients, building and nurturing relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Find and engage the best talent, attracting top candidates through effective engagement strategies.
- Create win-win situations for clients and candidates, negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Meet and exceed KPIs with zeal and efficiency, collaborating within a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.
