Project Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned construction project leader to join our team as a Project Executive. As the Owner's Representative, you will be responsible for leading major projects and driving our extensive project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Budget and Financial Management:

  • Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and financial transparency.
  • Approve and monitor financial transactions, including expenditures, invoices, and change orders.
  • Provide regular financial reports to senior management and project stakeholders.

Quality Control and Compliance:

  • Ensure construction adheres to specified standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control measures.
  • Secure and maintain necessary permits and approvals throughout the project.

Schedule Management:

  • Develop and maintain accurate project schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, identify delays, and take action to ensure milestones are met.

Risk Management:

  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Address conflicts or issues that arise during construction.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols by all project participants.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the project owner and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior management and the project owner.
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations as needed to keep all parties informed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior-level role as an Owner's Representative or Project Director.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and extensive experience managing project budgets.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
