About the Role

Rubica is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-value, customer-centric change projects to clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams and programmes to deliver complex change projects, focusing on transforming mindsets, behaviours, and capabilities.
  • Facilitate challenging group workshops to drive people-based capabilities and individual mindset transformation.
  • Coach individuals to think beyond their current capabilities and perform to their best.
  • Partner with clients to shape ideas and advise on bespoke solutions that demonstrate value-add.
  • Contribute to the development of Rubica's proposition, collateral, and methodologies.
  • Develop key accounts and generate sales opportunities through new and organic business development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry thought-leadership, research, and market analysis to improve our offering.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering consulting and coaching solutions centered around people, performance, change, and culture.
  • Experience in delivering bespoke people-focused programmes into the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders, leaders, and teams to adapt and embrace new approaches to technology, capability, and customer engagement.
  • Experience in organisational development within service-oriented businesses.
  • A consultative and curious approach, with a desire to take on more responsibility and make a personal impact on the future of Rubica.
