Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Lawyer to join our team at Grist Legal Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of Litigation matters, with a focus on contentious probate, civil, and commercial litigation law.

• Manage a portfolio of Litigation cases, including contentious probate, property disputes, professional negligence, and contractual disputes.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve disputes and achieve client objectives.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on Litigation matters.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years' PQE in Litigation law.
• Excellent billing history and a strong track record of delivering results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
