Retail Sales Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Trainee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a brand new store in Haverfordwest, South West Wales and develop your skills in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Book appointments and conduct pre-screening assessments to identify potential eye health issues.
  • Recommend products to customers and measure frames to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
