Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Open and close the store, including cash handling and administrative tasks.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, leveraging your product knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support team members in their roles, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and restocked.
  • Process stock deliveries and transfers, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Address customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
