Meetings and Events Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Meetings and Events Executive to join our team at Cartwheel Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to meeting and event enquiries, negotiating room hire, and confirming contracts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all meeting and event enquiries and negotiate room hire and catering services.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences throughout the planning stage.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to showcase the venue and discuss event details.
  • Meet and greet clients on the day of the event.
  • Handle post-event evaluations to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to drive new sales initiatives and local awareness.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have similar experience within a hotel or venue, an outgoing personality, and the ability to drive new sales initiatives.
