Job Overview

We're currently looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Swadlincote. The successful candidate will work closely with SEN children, providing individualized support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one support to SEN children in both group and individual settings.
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and achievements.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
