Location: London

Harrington Starr is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Resilience Lead to join our dynamic and expanding Cyber Resilience Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of cybersecurity by ensuring our organization is resilient and ready to tackle emerging threats.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to lead key cyber resilience initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements such as DORA and CBEST. You will be responsible for managing vulnerability testing, overseeing penetration tests, and collaborating with internal stakeholders across regions. Your work will directly contribute to improving our defenses against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement frameworks for penetration testing, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
  • Oversee third-party vendors in the delivery of penetration testing and vulnerability scanning activities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on cyber resilience, advising on areas such as cloud security and third-party risk.
  • Manage remediation activities, ensuring identified vulnerabilities are addressed effectively.
  • Provide regular reporting to management on key metrics, risks, and progress in the testing program.
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Data Management teams to ensure the organization is less vulnerable to cyberattacks.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, CBEST).
  • Experience in penetration testing, vulnerability management, and working with third-party vendors.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in cloud security and third-party risk management is highly desirable.
