Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

Sanbra Group is a leading Irish-owned and managed group of companies that design, manufacture, and wholesale distribute a wide range of market-leading branded products to plumbing, bathroom, and hardware merchants across Ireland, the UK, France, Italy, and the Benelux countries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Active involvement in all warehouse operations, including manual handling, order picking, unloading deliveries, loading trucks, and printing customers' invoices.
  • Assisting the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day operations and supervising staff in their absence.
  • Managing and assigning the daily work plan.
  • Monitoring accuracy and organization during intake and outload.
  • Supervising the picking and checking process for accuracy and ensuring branch/customer orders are fulfilled correctly.
  • Assisting in employee training, development, and engagement.
  • Working with/site management team.
  • Ensuring the prioritization of Company Health & Safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisory position.
  • A qualification in logistics and supply chain management would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Experience working in a busy warehouse/logistics depot.
  • Highly organized and efficient with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good numeracy and administrative skills with the ability to analyze figures.
  • Good computer skills and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Team player.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, decisive, and enthusiastic.
  • Full clean driver's license.
  • Forklift license.
