Job Requirements

This role involves supporting our Nature Technical Director in a variety of projects, focusing on nature-led services expertise and support.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Ecology or Environmental Sciences.
  • At least six years of relevant experience within a consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expertise in the biodiversity metric and managing large-scale projects.
  • Carrying out protected species surveys and communicating with clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will also possess:

  • Full CIEEM membership and protected species survey licenses.
  • Strong leadership skills, including line management and mentoring.
