We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Nuffield Health Medway FWC. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors.

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
• Conduct regular safety checks and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and maintain ongoing training records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Engage with members and provide support and guidance to ensure they have a positive experience.
