Job Title: Youth Welfare Advocate

Nurse Seekers is seeking a dedicated Youth Welfare Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build trust-based relationships with each young person, understanding their strengths and challenges.
  • Collaborate with care teams to develop and implement effective care plans that prioritize each young person's needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members, empowering them to deliver high-quality care.
  • Advocate for the rights and interests of each young person, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
