About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FX Sales Professional to join our team at Fintech-Rec Group Ltd. As an FX Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and managing a client base of corporate institutions and smaller banks for their Foreign Exchange needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a client base of corporate institutions and smaller banks for their Foreign Exchange needs.
  • Sell FX including derivative transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work with other salespersons across the network to open new FX relationships and cross-sell commodities clients.
  • Proactively perform day-to-day tasks such as client prospecting, client onboarding, and responding to client queries.
  • Work closely with internal teams supporting the FX business, including Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Onboarding.
  • Manage client post-trade services and workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's regulatory requirements under the AFM.
  • Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role, ensuring compliance with regulatory or company-determined parameters.
  • Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct, reflecting Company Values.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of between 2-3 years in FX Sales.
  • Strong pricing and structuring capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and highly adaptable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to navigate and simplify complex processes.
  • Good knowledge of FX derivatives.
  • Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, foreign languages a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
