Finance Assistant Opportunity

Roxwell Talent is seeking a detail-focused Finance Assistant to join our team in Central London. In this role, you will process a high volume of invoices each month, manage debt collection, and provide excellent customer service.

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum

About the Role
  • Accurately process invoices and manage debt collection in line with established procedures and guidelines;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client queries;
  • Maintain accurate records of unpaid invoices and provide timely updates to partners and fee-earners;
  • Support revenue controllers and maintain effective communication with the revenue coordinator and head of revenue team;
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one to two years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment;
  • A-Level standard or equivalent, with a strong interest in further education (e.g., AAT);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with clients, partners, and colleagues;
  • A team player with a strong work ethic, able to follow instructions and query when necessary;
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and a high level of numeracy;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and good keyboard skills; and
  • An eye for detail and ability to think creatively and intuitively in challenging situations.
