Principal Embedded Systems Expert

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Principal Embedded Systems Expert to join a renowned sensor technology company. As a Senior/Principal Software/Firmware Engineer, you will play a critical role in assisting on high-profile projects within the Automotive and Medical Devices sector.

This position offers a unique chance to work with a multidisciplinary team of Test, Hardware Applications, and Data Science Engineers. Your expertise will be invaluable in firmware design and development, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001:2015, IEC 62304:2006, and ISO 26262:201. You will also collaborate with the Data Science team to implement innovative sensing applications.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Designing and developing functional code
• Testing, debugging, and documenting firmware
• Working with various target processors and application design variants
• Development of bare metal, real-time firmware in C for ARM-based microcontrollers or ASICs

You will require extensive experience with ADCs, DACs, SPI, I2C, CAN, STM32, EFM32, JTAG, Keil, IAR, STM32CubeMX, Eclipse/gnu, automate3d testing, and Python programming. If you're a seasoned expert in embedded systems, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills
