About the Job:
Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced IT teacher to join their team at a popular secondary school in Cheshunt. The ideal candidate will have a degree relating to IT and a teaching qualification, such as QTS/PGCE.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will assist the Head of Department in ensuring high-quality teaching and contribute to the department's improvement plan. They will deliver syllabuses, resources, schemes of work, assessment, and marking policies, as well as report student progress to the Head of Department and parents/carers.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, applicants must be confident in teaching IT to A-level standard, creative, patient, and willing to think outside the box. They should also have a fully enhanced DBS on the online update service and eligibility to work in the UK.

Salary:£35,000 - £50,000 per annum.

About Prospero Teaching:
We offer free, accredited continued professional development courses, including safeguarding and behaviour management. Our in-house Training and Development Team provides support to our staff.
