Job Description

As a Facilities Management Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our Hard FM team within the Deputy Chief Executive Department. Your primary duties will include monitoring and delivery of Hard FM services, schools, and other third-party contractors. You will ensure that planned and reactive maintenance activities are completed on time and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the Hard FM team
  • Monitor and deliver Hard FM services
  • Ensure planned and reactive maintenance activities are completed on time
  • Manage customer interface with internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., facilities management, construction, engineering)
