Overview of the Role

The position of HW / Device Test Engineer involves leading a team responsible for delivering HW and SW testing methodology and solutions across Power Electronics and Charging test areas.

This requires strong technical expertise, including experience in dSpace based HiL or Power-HiL development and testing, as well as knowledge of Electrical Distribution Systems and power electronics components.

Our ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in an Agile team environment.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing software models, integrating automation, and ensuring data quality in measurement and operation of HV test rigs.

They will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and meet project deadlines.

Additionally, they will contribute to the development of the team by mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HW / Device testing and development.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of Electrical Distribution Systems and power electronics components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile team environment.
