Senior Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage project teams to ensure safe and efficient execution of projects.
  2. Manage all Engineering Services activities in line with company IPCD and Project Process Document.
  3. Manage project resources, including staff and procurement, to achieve best value.
  4. Prepare detailed plans and procedures to administer projects and ensure compliance.
  5. Manage project reporting, including upstream and downstream reporting.
  6. Regularly audit projects to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Communicate with project teams and stakeholders on project-specific matters and company initiatives.
  8. Manage project cash flow to maintain a positive balance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  1. Mechanical bias with a degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field.
  2. Experience in managing project teams, including construction management and site operations.
  3. Strong technical knowledge, including health and safety requirements and risk assessments.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  5. Computer skills, including MS Office and project management software.
